Structure Design
The Inner shell is formed from the same PVC plastic sheethas a heat tolerance of up to 60°C. The various accessories are also resistant to corrosionreasonably designed.
The chamber cover is formed with imported transparent PVC sheet,also resistant to corrosion, easy to cleanhas no leakage. In testing process, the test state in the chamber can be observed clearly from exterior without affecting the test result. The chamber coverchamber body is sealed with water to prevent the salt spray from spilling out.
The chamber is heated by an inner water bath, providing a high heating rateuniform temperaturehumidity distribution. The saturated air tank is heated by a high performance alloy electric heating tube, obtaining a high heating rate, so that the compressed air can quickly reach a suitable temperature,keep a certain humidity after removal of impurities by filtration; thereby, a formulated salt solution is easily led out via a special nozzle of quartz glass,diffuse throughout the test chamber as fog, where the settlement rate can be achieved by adjusting the spire height of the spray towerthe spray pressure.
A very large salt-water tank is arranged at the bottom of the chamber body,can be preheated while the water bath in the chamber body is heated, such that the temperature of salt water is close to that in the chamber body, thereby avoiding the temperature fluctuation in the chamber body caused by spraying.
The control system of the apparatus is designed to be located at the right of the chamber body,is easy to manipulate.

This salt spray tester uses a high performance U-shaped alloy electric heating tube, which is an absolutely independent systemhas no effect on the salt spray testcontrol line. The output power of the temperature controller is calculated by a microcomputer, to achieve high accuracyhigh power consumption efficiency;

The control system of this apparatus is designed to be located at the right of the chamber bodyis easy to manipulate. It uses an intelligent high-precision digital display PID microcomputer controller, with a thin film KEY BOARD key,a touch, digitaldirect display. The output power of the temperature controller is calculated by a microcomputer, to achieve high accuracyhigh power consumption efficiency.
P . I . D + S . S . R, systematic on-channel coordinated control are used for temperature control, which can enhance the stabilitylifetime of control elementinterface used; has the automatic calculation function of P . I . D,can eliminate the inconvenience resulting from manual setting. If faults occur in operation or setting of the apparatus, then alarm signal will be given.
The time controller of the apparatus is used to control the time needed for testing and easy to manipulate. When the operation time of the apparatus reaches the set value, the test will stop automaticallyenter into an equilibrium state to cool down.
An over temperature protection device is specifically set in the temperature control system, to avoid overheat caused by accident to result in unexpected damage to the apparatus. No-fuse protection breaker,automatic shutdown in case of low water levelcurrent leakage, etc are also present.
